1/2 head cauliflower
1/2 cup wholemeal flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs whisked
salt and pepper to taste
sauce of choice
Preheat a fan-forced oven to 180 degrees celcius.
Cut the cauliflower into small bite-sized florets.
Place the flour, breadcrumbs, and whisked egg in three seperate bowls.
Dip the cauliflower in the wholemeal flour bowl ensuring it is evenly coated. Then dip into the egg mixture, and then the breadcrumb bowl, ensuring all sides are coasted.
Transfer the coated cauliflower to a baking tray when and bake for 20 minutes or until starting to golden.
Serve with fresh parsley and sauce of choice
